(a) At the end of each academic year, transfer preservation copy of minutes, studies and reports from the following committees to University Archives by visiting https://library.uoregon.edu/instructions-transferring-permanent-records-university-archives, retain use copies for 5 years
- Academic Council
- Committee on Courses
- Committee on Oversight and Shared Governance
- Continuous Improvement and Evaluation of Teaching Committee
- Core Education Council
- Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Committee (retired)
- Faculty Research Awards Committee
- Graduate Council
- Library Committee
- Senate Budget Committee
- Senate Rules Committee
- Study Abroad Programs Committee
- Undergraduate Council
- University Committee on Sexual Orientation Attraction Gender Identity and Expression;
(b) 5 years after meeting, transfer criteria and list of recipients of the Faculty Research Awards Committee to University Archives by visiting https://library.uoregon.edu/instructions-transferring-permanent-records-university-archives;
(c) records of retired committees, contact University Archives;
(d) 5 years after meeting for all other Senate committee records, purge.
Exception: In the event of a subpoena, audit, legal hold, public records or similar state or federal information request, halt until further instructed any scheduled disposal activities, including purging or transferring material to University Archives.
