(a) 10 years after conclusion of group’s business, transfer agendas, minutes, reports, and correspondence of committees deliberating strategic matters to University Archives, purge other related records;
(b) 10 years after conclusion of group’s business, purge records of groups deliberating operational matters, including promotion, tenure, and discipline. Examples of these groups include but are not limited to:
- Academic Requirements Committee
- Faculty Advisory Council
- Faculty Grievance Appeals Committee
- Faculty Personnel Committee (includes Promotion and Tenure)
- Faculty Promotion and Tenure Retention Appeals Committee
- Scholastic Review Committee
- Student Conduct and Community Standards Committee
- Student Faculty Committee on Grievances
- University Appeals Board
Exception: In the event of a subpoena, audit, legal hold, public records or similar state or federal information request, halt until further instructed any scheduled disposal activities, including purging or transferring material to University Archives.
