Document the establishment, operating rules, proceedings and actions of the University Senate. These records found in all media (paper, digital, or other) may include but are not limited to:
Does not include records created by committees.
This series includes some permanent records.
(a.) 3 years after end of activity, transfer minutes, motions, legislation, policy proposals, resolutions, superseded or amended by-laws or constitution to University Archives;
(b.) 3 years after activity for other related records, purge.
Exception: In the event of a subpoena, audit, legal hold, public records or similar state or federal information request, halt until further instructed any scheduled disposal activities, including purging or transferring material to University Archives.
