Document federally required training of individuals involved with the shipping process, including marking, labeling, packaging, preparing shipping documents, or signing for transport of a shipment including hazardous materials ("hazmat").

These records found in all media (paper, digital, or other) must include but are not limited to:

• employee's name and most recent training completion date;
• description, copy, or the location of the training materials used to meet the requirements described in 49 CFR 172.704 (a);
• name and address of the person providing the training;
• certification that employee has been trained and tested, as required by this subpart.
