Comprises records of University Senate Committees deliberating faculty personnel matters, including but not limited to the Faculty Personnel Committee.

Note: These files should always be maintained separate from employee's personnel files at all times; the letter from the Office of the Provost communicating promotion and tenure decisions should be added to the faculty’s Employment record by its custodian.
10 years after decision notification from Provost’s Office generated and added to employee record, purge.
Exception: In the event of a subpoena, audit, public records or similar state or federal information request, halt until further instructed any scheduled disposal activities, including purging or transferring material to University Archives.
