Document information on each individual who has been field interrogated or arrested, suspects or accomplices in crimes, victims, complainants, and witnesses to incidents. Data elements may include name, address, date of birth, race, gender/sex, date and time of incident or contact, incident number, and related data.
As soon as administrative use ceases, purge.
Exception: In the event of a subpoena, audit, legal hold, public records or similar state or federal information request, halt until further instructed any scheduled disposal activities, including purging or transferring material to University Archives.
