These records found in all media (paper, digital, or other) may include but are not limited to:

• notices of academic action related to academic non-performance or deficiency, such as academic warnings, notifications of probation;
• petitions for reinstatement;
• minutes of Scholastic Review Committee or other groups charged with reviewing petitions and requests;
• notifications/letters informing students of committee's actions/decisions;
• related documentation and correspondence, e-mail.
