- annual vehicle inspections;
- annual inspections;
- asset maintenance form;
- charge call bills;
- inspections;
- instructions and operating manuals;
- invoices for equipment repair;
- lease agreements;
- purchase orders;
- purchase requests;
- service contracts;
- service logs;
- vendor statements;
- warranties;
- related documentation and correspondence.
