(a) For incidents that receive FEMA funding, transfer images, damage assessment reports, financial records to University Archives 7 years after closing out of FEMA grants, or
(b) For all other incidents, transfer images, damage assessment reports, and financial records to University Archives 7 years after resolution of incidents;
(c) For Incident action plans and after-action reports 25 years, purge;
(d) All other records, purge as soon as no longer required for operations.
Exception: In the event of a subpoena, audit, legal hold, public records or similar state or federal information request, halt until further instructed any scheduled disposal activities, including purging or transferring material to University Archives.
