Document payroll certifications provided by contractors to the university related to contracts for construction, alteration or repairs. These records found in all media (paper, digital, or other) may include but are not limited to:
- invoices submitted by contractors;
- certified statements regarding payment of prevailing rates of wage;
- certified payroll reports and supporting documentation submitted to Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI);
Does not include Oregon BOLI’s Notice of Public Works forms WH-40 or WH-81 or related copies of the disclosure of first-tier subcontractors, which should be retained with the contract.
Does not include US Department of Labor form WH-347 or other forms related to compliance with Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, which should be retained with the contract.
