Document images from cameras used to monitor facilities.
(a) footage used as evidence: until case reaches final disposition, purge;
(b) footage used for internal investigations: until investigation ends, purge;
(c) varies by units and/or recording server/network video recorder, minimum of 30 days, purge.
Exception: In the event of a subpoena, audit, legal hold, public records or similar state or federal information request, halt until further instructed any scheduled disposal activities, including purging or transferring material to University Archives.
