Document the development of short-term or long-term plans for the institution.

These records found in all media (paper, digital, or other) may include but are not limited to: 

• instructions from president; provost; and/or vice presidents explaining the nature and purpose of the requested strategic planning effort;
• internal planning committee materials;
• statements of objectives and goals as developed by college or unit chairs and administrators;
• proposals;
• reports;
• surveys;
• activity reports;
• related documentation and correspondence, including e-mail.
