Retention and Disposal Instructions

(a) Annually transfer a copy of the annual report and periodic and summary statistical reports not reflected in the final annual report to University Archives by visiting https://library.uoregon.edu/instructions-transferring-permanent-records…;

(b) 3 years for other related material, purge.
