(a) Federal registrations, 6 years after terminated, purge; 

(b) reports filed with federal government, 6 years after filed, purge; 

(c) expenditure and/or gift and contribution reports filed with Oregon government: 4 years, purge;  

(d) all other Oregon lobbyist records: 5 years after last activity, purge. 

Exception: In the event of a subpoena, audit, legal hold, public records or similar state or federal information request, halt until further instructed any scheduled disposal activities, including purging or transferring material to University Archives.
